Set in a dense urban environment, this project is the rehabilitation of an 1890’s row house.  The home had fallen into disrepair.  We completely gutted the existing and redesigned into to meet the clients needs.  The public areas were moved to the front of the house.  Off the entrance hall is a large public family room and dining room.  The kitchen is placed in the middle of the first floor.  It has custom cabinets and granite countertops.  It also works to separate the public front from the more private living spaces in the back.  All the bedrooms are on the second floor.  A new garage was added with a roof deck above it.  This project brings elegance and refinement to urban living.
